As students, difficult conversations are a regular part of our social and academic experiences; however, they don’t need to be difficult. There are many things that make difficult conversations challenging – assumptions, emotions, power, etc. This workshop will introduce you to tactics, concepts and set you on a path to develop skills to address these common barriers and prepare you to be a stronger listener, communicator, and understand the process of engaging in difficult conversations.
