The College of Engineering New Graduate Student Welcome serves as the kick-off for the fall term. The event provides an introduction to graduate studies and life in the College of Engineering, and is complemented by the other orientation events listed below. The New Graduate Student Welcome is sponsored by the College of Engineering Office of Graduate Education.

6:30-8:30        Social Event:  During this free event, light appetizers will be served in the Pendleton Room (on the second floor of the Michigan Union), and across the hall in the UM Billiards Room, you can play pool, foosball, table tennis, Wii, and XBox.  This is a great opportunity to meet students from outside your department!
